Which apps can my customers pay with?
Any Pakistani banking app or mobile wallet that scans a Raast QR. The customer opens their app, scans, checks the amount and confirms.
Where does the money go?
Straight into your business’s bank account through Raast and 1LINK. QrWallet never holds your money.
How do I get started?
Contact Star Logics. We set up your merchant account and give you an owner login; you then add your staff from the app or the web portal.
Can my staff see each other’s payments?
Only if you allow it. By default a staff member sees the payments they collected; the owner and admins see everything.
How long is a QR valid?
You choose — from a few minutes up to 3 hours. After that it expires and can no longer be paid, so an old slip can never be paid by mistake.
Do I still need to check screenshots?
No. A payment shows as paid only when the bank network confirms it, and the staff member and owner are notified automatically.
