Delete your QrWallet account
QrWallet accounts belong to businesses: the business owner creates the logins for their team. Here is how to delete a login, or a whole business account, and what happens to the data.
If you are a staff member or admin
- Ask your business owner to remove you: in QrWallet open Team (app) or Team in the web portal, choose your name, and remove the login.
- Or write to us from the phone number on your login (details below) and we will ask the owner and remove it within 30 days.
If you own the business
Send a request to [email protected] or on WhatsApp to +92 303 3930338 from the owner's registered phone number, with the business name. We confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- The login(s): name, phone number, email and password, and all push-notification tokens of their phones.
- Sign-in sessions on every phone and computer end immediately.
What is kept, and for how long
- Payment records (amount, time, reference, and who created each QR) are financial records of the business. They are kept for as long as the law requires financial records to be kept, then deleted.
- Security audit entries are kept for the same period.
