Terms of service

These terms apply to QrWallet — the web portal at qrwallet.pk and the QrWallet mobile app — provided by Star Logics. By using QrWallet you agree to them. If you use QrWallet for a business, you accept them on behalf of that business.

1. The service

QrWallet lets a business create a Raast QR code for each sale, share or print it, and see when it is paid. Each QR is linked to the staff member who created it. Payments are made by customers in their own banking or wallet app.

2. Money and fees

• Payments go through Raast / 1LINK directly into the business's own bank account. QrWallet and Star Logics never hold, receive or transfer the money.
• Any QrWallet fee is the one agreed in writing with the business. Bank or network charges are set by the banks and 1LINK.
• A payment is shown as paid only after the bank network confirms it. Refunds and disputes are handled between the business, its customer and their banks.

3. Accounts

• Business accounts are opened by QrWallet after the business is registered with the payment network. The owner adds and manages staff logins and their permissions.
• Keep passwords private and sign out on shared phones. The business is responsible for what its team does in QrWallet.
• Demo accounts are for trying the app: their QR codes are samples and cannot be paid.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use QrWallet for anything illegal — including fraud, money laundering, or selling prohibited goods or services — or to break or overload the service. We may suspend an account that does, and report it where the law requires.

5. Availability

We work to keep QrWallet available, but it depends on the internet, the payment network and other providers, and it may sometimes be unavailable or change. A QR code is valid for the time shown on it; after that it cannot be paid.

6. Liability

QrWallet is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Star Logics is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays or failures of banks, the payment network or other providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

7. Ending the service

A business can stop using QrWallet at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that the payment network no longer allows. Records are then kept as described in the privacy policy.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
